Beschreibung
Elastomer Federn dienen zur Dämmung und Dämpfung von Luft- und Körperschall und bieten progressive Federcharakteristika bei einer Dauerhaft guten Leistung. Im Vergleich zu den üblichen Gummi-Metall-Verbindungen, die für verschiedenste Anwendungen im Maschinenbau verwendet werden, kann EFFBE LE 70008 Urelast® und EFFBE LE 70008 U 295 bei vergleichbaren Abmessungen um bis zu vier Mal höher belastet werden. Deshalb ist es möglich, ein Bauteil aus Urelast® um 30 Prozent bis 40 Prozent kleiner zu dimensionieren. Darüber hinaus kann das Bauteilgewicht um mehr als 80 Prozent reduziert werden, sie sind in vielen verschiedenen Abmessungen mit Durchmessern von 16 mm bis 125 mm und Höhen von 12 mm bis 160 mm erhältlich.
